I've started LighterLife today as they have a 40% off offer, I've heard good things so feeling hopeful to lose this 3 stone!

I really need the counselling side of things as I can never stick to SW or WW.

How you finding Cambridge?

I am planning on starting it in a week.

When I called up they told me I could lose a stone a month and the counselling group will help keep me on track. I've got my first group meeting tonight I'll let you know how it goes.

The LL offer is running till the end of August, you get 4 weeks of the counselling free and money off the food products, I guess they are similar to cambridge?

Don't get down, you can do this!

Eat real food and join the boot camp you'll get the results
