I did post a similar question but it was worded in a bit of a garbled way so I'm trying again. Basically, I want to transition to a maintenance plan so that I'm not constantly in ketosis and am able to enjoy more of a balanced diet- occasional brown rice/bread and fruit etc. I have increased my carbs to around 80g daily but do i need to reduce my fat or should I continue with cream in coffee, and unlimited butter, oils, fatty meat etc?
I did put on around 3lbs in as many days since increasing my carbs so thinking I may have to reduce my carbs slightly- or is this just a side effect of regaining water weight? I'm still exercising regularly and my calories are 1400ish daily.
