fell off the low carb wagon

After doing really well for 7 days, this weekend I massively fell off the low carb wagon. How do I get back on?
I've eaten 12 Lindor chocolate muffins which I made and devoured. A whole pot of Malteser spread. Pie and chips. A bag of cheesy balls and a bowl of cornflakes. What on Earth! Help me!

Just get back on it. Make next meal low carb or do pure protein day for few days. Loads of steak, nice eggs. You will be soon back in

I've got turkey and veg for breakfast. Should be ok to get back on I think.
