Waiting on a 'whoosh'

I've been combi vlcd food replacement dieting with occasional low carb meal for nearly 2 weeks. I'd like to lose about 3 stone. Could lose more (I've been lighter (a million years ago)).

So far I've lost about 6lb but the guts of that was in the first 3 days.

At the minute I'm really squishy. Like all my fat is softer than it should be. My fat isn't normally that hard but it's definitely softened up, so I'm anticipating a whoosh of a big weight loss some morning.

Has anyone else experienced this? I've read that it's thought it's the body holding onto the fat/water in the cells but it's not real fat and that as soon as it goes you'll suddenly be lighter and leaner.

If you have experienced this, how long did you feel squishy for? Would water retention tablets help, do you think?

Hi OP, do you mean Lipotrim or similar?
I have done this before, VLCD (under 450) plus the occasional high protein/zero carb meal when I was climbing the walls and needed to chew something Grin

It's great for quick results, and I found it was noticeable after a month, I had a definite whoosh at three weeks, where I couldn't stop peeing and Ketostix were a constant purple from then in.

Yes, it's new you plan, similar to lipotrim but much nicer.

Did you remember feeling very soft before the whoosh? If so, how long did it last?

I need to be slimmer by 12th may! Grin

I'm a vlcd or low carb diet I find I get a bit of a stall then all my fat goes squishy then a whoosh - you are def due one. I have also found whilst my weight might not go down my measurements do. Realistically you could be 4lbs or so down by mid May. Goid luck. Add in a bit of exercise.

Hopefully. I've 2 events in 2 days and the second dress was on the tight side of fitting last week. Must try it on this evening.

Is there some sort of whoosh dance i could be doing?

30 day shred is the nearest you can get to a whoosh dance. I find I am squishy for a couple of days then bam 3lbs down. Good luck

And drink loads of water
