Hi x This is not so much a weight loss query as looking to better my digestive/colonic health. I ve found upping whole grain plus olive oil (not together) a big help. But with a nod to food combining - can I have my usual fave of rocket leaves, a few curls of fresh parmesan, olives, anchovies, black pepper and olive oil for one meal then have the shreddies at another time? I tend to nibble my whole grain shreddy things as snacks so would be having them a few hours before or after my salad meal. Have google this subject but can t get a sensible response.
