Low-carb diets

If you're low carb'ing - what should it look like?

Not as hardcore as paleo or Atkins

But what should a low carb diet look like.

Proteins, Veg, salad, small amounts of cheese?

Basically cutting starchy carbs rice, pasta, grains and sugar.

Where does fruit sit?

It's the only thing that works for me if I cut the carbs!!!

Depends on what your aim is.

Low carb for weightloss should be moderate protein and high fat. No fruit if you're really overweight or type 2. No grains, starches, sugars or cereals.

Fat to satiety, 1-1.5g of protein per lean body mass andcarbs from veg.
