Eating out this weekend, have had a look at menu online and these seem to be the options for low carb. What do you think is lowest carb?

Roasted Hake & Curried Cauliflower (gluten free)
Whole roast plaice, spinach, lemon and capers (gluten free)
Chicken and roast pumpkin caponata (contains nuts)
Partridge, Braised Cabbage and crispy bacon

Are these any of these I should avoid (pumpkin?)?

Thanks in advance

Bump for help ahead of tonight's dinner - thanks!

Partridge. It sounds like that will contain the most fat & keep you going for longest. Usually I find that if a meal comes with potatoes, etc., you can usually swap them for extra green veg or a salad. Pumpkin is ok if you're not in the initial phase. If there's bread, skip it but eat the butter on it's own, DH does that all the time. What are your dessert options? Cheese???

Thank you!

Yes, cheese for dessert, and will skip starter. Couldn't manage three courses anyway.

Quite fancy the Hake - feels low carb, but not so high fat. If I focus on as high fat as possible for the rest of the day do you think that would be ok?

Sounds ok - I hope you had fun!
