I'm on day three and so far have stuck to it well (I think!) drinking loads of water (2L) and definitely feeling less bloated.
But today I've been really hungry and had
Scrambled eggs with butter and ham
Smoked Mackrel with lettuce avocado and feta
Chorizo slices and cubes of cheese
Cauli rice with bolognese sauce spinach and grated cheese
And just had some more chorizo and smoked cheese
It's too much isn't it?!
