I love my carbs, i mean really love them. But have a sneaking suspicion they maybe accountable for my ever expanding waistline.
Have tried low carbing before but have not made it past 1.5 days - the misery and lack of bread have been too much. But i found this carb addicts diet. Havent read the book but looks like you effectively eat 2 no carb meals then get a reward meal (to he eaten within 1 hour) which can include whatever you want. Amazon reviews seem to think its fabulous.
So i was wondering if anyone here had tried it?
