After seeing my dh drop 3stone in 3 months last year with a keto diet i decided to try the same now i'm no longer pregnant. i've been sticking religiously to the exact same keto eating plan he followed, according to my ketosticks i'm in ketosis, i drink gallons of water, and i walk a lot with my toddler in his buggy. i'm not nearly as hungry and i'm enjoying eating this way, but i'm not losing any weight and my clothes don't fit any differently. i weigh 228lb so it's not like i don't have weight to lose!

any ideas? starting to feel disenheartened now!

Well uou should be losing, so I'd guess your food quantities are too high. Because as much as calorie counting isn't a part of it, you can indeed eat too much. When uou say you eat the exact same as him, do you mean in portion size as well?

thanks, I guess that must be it! I'm only eating twice a day but I'll double check my macros. At least the food is tasty, unlike your average diet :P

according to MFP I'm averaging about 1800 cals a day and all online keto calculators say I should be losing on between 1700-2000 a day :(

not sure what to try really!

Are you measuring/weighing portion sizes? Adding dressings etc that you don't worry about recording?
The community section on MFP is useful if you need more info.

Check for sugar - it will slow you down
