Low carb muffins ?

Has anyone got an easy recipie? All the ones I find online have American measurements.

Google for muffin in a minute made with ground flax seeds. You may need to experiment a bit to get something you like the taste of. I usually add lots of berries and eat hot with yoghurt as a filling breakfast
