Having failed an attempt to lose a stone over the summer due to too many holidays, weddings etc, I want to try again in earnest once the weather cools and I feel less lethargic.
I eat too many carbs. I intend to swap my morning toast but what pasta would ne best to switch to from wheat? Don't suggest spiralising! I need to feel full as i have two toddlers to run after but spelt pasta? That any good? Any other food swaps I should be looking at. Am veggie so healthy protein difficult hence looking at cutting carbs.
