Preferably uk one so I don't have to convert cups to grams!

Do you mean a book about low carbing or a recipe book?

If the former, "Escape the Diet Trap" by Dr John Briffa.

For recipes, look at the Idiot Proof Diet recipe book, by Bee Rawlinson, or you could also browse the Bootcamp recipe thread which is stickied at the top of the Bootcamp topic.
