So after gestational diabetes with a phenomenal amount of insulin resistance, a fasting blood glucose that is always at the very top of the normal range and a gain of a stone
in the 6 months since DS was born I need to sort my chubby arse out before I get type 2 diabetes!
Please could I ask for your favourite meals and tips to get this going? I ended up eating almost no carbs for a while when pregnant, and then a restricted but normalish diet when the insulin was added but am struggling massively with motivation!
