Full fat milk or skimmed?

Which is better for low carbing, ThevDujan diet said skimmed but Atkins SATs only cream which I can't stand.

Is it better to have full fat milk or skimmed when low carbing?

If you're low carbing, you are on a high fat diet. So you should be going for full fat.

On the other hand, though, regardless of the fat content, milk is high in carbs, so you should really be avoiding it as much as possible. Replace it with cream in coffee/tea.

Thinks, I'm breastfeeding so I'm worried my bones will collapse if I rule out all milk.
