Low-carb diets

I'm looking a bit ropey doing low carbing

Hi.
I've been low carbing for amount a month now.
I've always had sallow skin with shadows under my eyes.

I do look healthier in summer due to catching done sun on my face.
I've noticed that I look worse now I'm low carbing.
That makes no sense to me!
I certainly don't have that glow for giving up sugar. Sad
I've not touched caffeine or any diet fizzy drinks etc.
I am slightly perplexed by it.

I am also drinking about 2 litres of water a day plus mint tea.

Are you eating enough fat?

And what about your veg/salad intake?

Definitely eating enough veg and salad.
I think I'm having enough fat.
It's with every meal.
I can't imagine what carbs I was eating before that was making my skin look better Confused
