www.atkins.com/how-it-works/library/articles/the-eco-atkins-diet

I think the Atkins diet website has some info on it. I read up on it a while ago (though I'm not actually veggie). You can eat some Quorn products, Tofu, cheese, eggs, avocado, cream, butter on green veg, eggs etc.

Think they recommend you start at one of the later phases though as induction would be quite hard as a veggie.

Yes! Me!

I eat fish but no meat and have lost 1.8 stone since the end of Sept. I found Induction a doddle, just make sure you have plenty of eggs around!

On an average day I have scrambled eggs for breakfast cooked in butter, a small pot of full-fat Greek yogurt for a snack, a big green salad with tuna mayo or avocado and mayo for lunch, and I'm often full for the day. I might have an omlette or a small piece of cheese.

Lots of water!

I am not as adventurous as I could be, mainly due to being busy and keeping things simple (DS is five so eats normal food and DP not on diet), but I'll often have a roast aubergine with olives and tzaki, quorn pieces with mushrooms or a tofu stir fry.

You can def do this veggie! Smile

Are jacket potatoes a massive no no? :( I love them.
