Just seeking some clarification about how suitable for low carb dieting peanut butter is. I'm doing ok with general low carbing, and intermittent fasting, as have been diagnosed early stage type 2 diabetes so want to reverse it if possible with diet.
However I sometimes need something quick and filling, and a finger scoop or two of peanut butter does the trick, but have read conflicting things...so pb , no toast or bread, low sugar variety. yay or nay?
