healthy breakfast cereal

Just found this new breakfast cereal called 'Keep Me Going' on Ocado...low sugar, low salt, low Gi + high fibre... tastes really nice too!

Did you post this on the wrong board? It's 78% carbs, so a small serving with milk would be 30g carbs.

If you like cereal then Linwoods Flaxseed cereals are very low carb and nice hot or cold.
