Hi I've done low carb before to loose a bit of weight but now I need to loose about 2 stone asap.
I have a severely under active thyroid and as a busy working mum I really struggle to find time to plan my meals. Therefor if anyone can point me in the direction of a low carb menu plan or even supply some ideas for breakfasts, lunches and dinners I would be most grateful
