Low-carb instant treats please?

When I'm stressed/tired/ill is when is I'm prone to 'treat' myself with large piles of sweets and chocolates. I'm low carbing and life's a bit manic and I want an instant fix of Something Nice. So, what are your low-carb food treats? Or should I try to stop using food as a reward altogether and (eg) buy a nail varnish instead? What do you do to fill the treat gap when you can't shove a Twix in it?!
Thanks in advance for any advice/experience/good (and quick!) treat ideas.

I'm exactly the same. My emergency stop gap is an Options hot chocolate, usually the choc orange or choc coconut. About 38 cals and so sickly sweet it curbs even my chocolate cravings. They strangely fill you up.
Also another good one ( but higher carb) is a frozen banana blended with peanut butter, or with frozen raspberries. Tastes like ice cream. Not perfect but better for you than a magnum! Smile

I'm doing Bootcamp so double cream eaten with a teaspoon works for me. But I love cream and it's usually the best part of a dessert for me!

Fatbombs

Thank you! Also love double cream and think I need a supply of fat bombs to hand.

I've been mixing full fat cream cheese with bournville cocoa, sweetener and a tbsp of double cream. It makes a gorgeous, creamy chocolate "mousse" that I could eat for days.

I make low carb peanut butter cookies. I grab one for breakfast as high protein.

I think there's a lot to be said for nail varnish! I think one of the things with LC is trying to break the food as treat habit. Having said that, sometimes you just need a sweet snack. For me, defrost a few frozen raspberries in the microwave and stir into double cream or Greek yoghurt and sprinkle with toasted chopped hazelnuts (which you can buy ready done) and maybe a few dark chocolate chips

Chocolate avocado mousse/truffles give that creamy, chocolatey boost.
