Is anyone doing no carbs after lunch?

It's the next thing for me to try. I don't function very well when I feel hungry during the day so have decided to eat carbs for breakfast and lunch but then nothing after this. So far I feel fine but after 5 days I don't feel a dramatic change. Has this worked for anyone?

I find less than 40g carb works best for me, with the majority of my catbs before lunch so my usual day is something like

Breakfast Full fat Greek yogurt with a few berries, tea with double cream and coconut oil
Lunch chicken and haloomi (sp) salad
Tea bolognese or meat with tiny salad (always going for low carb bits)

Meant to say, lost just over 1 stone doing this, with 2 more to go and DH lost 4 so far in about 7 months

Me! No distinctive difference on the scales but stomach is flatter, no back or under arm fat and my clothes are looser.

I eat carbs once a day- usually at breakfast.

One month gone and I'm 10 lbs down. This is a breeze.
