What do you take to work? Looking for ideas.

I assume you mean for lunch?! Normally a salad or a couple of egg rolls. You make a very thin one egg omelette and use it like a wrap to roll up a filling. I normally have serrano ham, spinach and sour cream.

Yes sorry, trying to get ready for work at the same time

Salads.

Mixed lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, peppers, celery, etc, plus protein and fat, for example sliced chicken breast; boiled eggs and a slice or two of good ham; mackerel; tuna; roasted chicken leg; avocado and bacon lardons.

Sometimes I have soft cheese with cherry tomatoes and cucumber slices or celery sticks.

Leftover dinners with extra salad or veg.

Meaty sausages with a tiny bit of low sugar ketchup and some mustard. Plus veg.

Omellette with veg and bacon or smoked salmon, plus sliced avocado.

I always have salad and just vary what I put on it: mackerel, smoked salmon, cheese....

I also take a pot of celery and cheese cubes as a snack and a small pot of berries and Co-Yo as dessert.

Veg crudities, hummus and chicken or prawns.

So salad it is. Thanks. I'm going shopping tonight so need to think about what to bring next week.
