Please someone inspire me for some low carb ideas for my tea.

Only at the end of week 1 but think I'm going to tire quickly of chicken and veg, salmon n veg and steak and salad.

Making a thin omelette to use as a wrap is nice- could fill it with chilli, turkey strips, grilled lamb etc, lots of herbs, bit of greek or coconut yoghurt
Prawn stirfry
You can make pretty tasty chips from celeriac aren't very carby- cut into wedges, parboil then finish on oven with a bit of olive oil at 180C
Cauliflower rice makea a whole range of curries, stirfries etc a bit more interesting- putting lemon zest and juice through the rice then stirfrying it makes it like lemon pilau. Or add a bit of carrot to the food processor when you whizz it to add colour and taste. You can make a slightly more carby but not very carby version with celeriac too.
Pork loin roasted on top of a bed of rhubarb is pretty tasty.
