Started yesterday:
Breakfast was 2 rashers of bacon and 2 eggs fried in butter
Lunch was tin of tuna in full fat helmans with cucumber and some carved ham.
Dinner was a salmon steak with some prawns and garlic mushrooms. All cooked in butter and the mushrooms with boursin.
Today
Breakfast and lunch mainly the same except instead of cucumber it is celery.
Dinner tonight will be a lamb shank with some vegetables.
I am using MFP and I can chart carbs but I'd like to know if they are accurate or not if anyone knows? Wanting to try between 30 and 50 g of carbs?
