Hi,
Right, have just stated, I am approximately "Atkinsing" and trying to keep to a limit of 20g carb per day. I am feeling fairly rough at the mo and would love to have some buddies to go throughout this with…. Anyone out there?

I'm low-carbing at the moment too! Just started (again) at the beginning of March. I lost 2 stone on this regime last year and felt great, but sadly laziness overtook me and I put it ALL back on! My top tips for low carbing are Water - Supplements - Planning! Don't be scared of fat! Cheese, Cream etc are all great! I really experiment with food - once you've got to grips with what you're allowed to eat you can 'mix and match' to make some really great meals.
You will feel a bit ropey at the moment - stick with it - after day 5 you'll be flying I promise!

Great! I am about to whip up a Prawn and Squid Thai Curry with some of these carb free noodles. Just been to the pub and caused a stir by drinking sparkling water! DH very bemused. Managed to keep it up so far today and yesterday. I seem to end up on no carbs during the day as it is easier.

I do great on low carb, need to loose 2 stone by august for my holiday, but would like to see at least half gone by my big brothers 40th in June.

I'm also exercising more, started a zumba class and am dusting off the Jillian collection today. Hopefully the weather will pick up soon and I can get out on nice walks.

Today was my first headache-free day in almost a week! Cause for celebration! I am not doing it by weight - mainly because we don't possess any scales… So it will be by clothes size, aiming to lose 2-3 sizes by as soon as possible. I have an incentive dress and I WILL be wearing it in the summer!
