What percentage carbs ?

I'm new to this and have signed up to bootcamp.... I have myfitness installed as an app and out of interest have been logging todays food

So far 4% carb 64% fat and 32% protein.

I have eaten plenty of vegetables today, eggs etc but not sure if I'm going over on fat or what this should be ?

You don't need to measure. Just avoid all grains, fruit, etc. and make sure that the veg you eat is under 3g per 100g. Eat lots of fat.

Your ratios are right - they should go fat (most), Protein (medium), carbs (least). To be honest only 4% carbs might indicate too little veg - you should be able to eat a fair amount, so long as it is low carb veg.
