I just ate a bag of Waitrose Posh Pork Crackling, which has 0 carbs but feels very wrong somehow. Was just a little treat. Is it OK?

When I was on the Atkins many moons ago I lived on pork scratchings, but then the Atkins is also a high fat no carb diet. Depends if you're watching your fat intake I suppose.

It's fine. Love pork scratchings. High fat, low carb, salt crunchy deliciousness - what's not to like?!

Just make sure you drink plenty of water afterwards, they make me v thirsty (which is why pubs sell them I suppose!)

Oh good news! I could do with a reason to drink more water too.
