I truer low carbing for three days. Today I've eaten half a load of bread and 6 weetabix.

Feeling miserable. The effort I put in was wasted, and I'm back to square one. I found low carbing so hard. I don't know what I'm asking Sad

Ahh, don't worry! I remember I managed to low carb for a couple of weeks the thought I ruined it with a weekend of pizza and toast.

Tomorrow is a new day. I can highly recommend the low carb bread recipe that is on here (low carb bread that really works thread) amazing with pâté also avocado. I even had it with a naughty bit of marmalade the other day.

Pick yourself up, dust yourself off and start fresh tomorrow.

I'm 2lb off a stone (4 weeks dieting with a 10 day break for holiday and have been back on it for nearly 2 weeks) it really works!

That's only one day of carb loaded eating. You don't have to add to it. As previous poster said you can start again tomorrow.

What are you eating? Are you giving yourself foods you like? There are lots of ideas for delicious meals on here.

Thanks both...I'm beginning to think I don't really like protein foods :-/

What are your favourite meals?

Elfina · 05/09/2014 12:14

Hmm, anything with potatoes, as a rule! I don't eat meat, and I'm not really keen on eggs, I think that's the problem...
