This bread is very nice indeed.
We have to low carb for one of our children's health needs but we would all happily eat this every day. Bad news is it is only available in Sainsbury's down South but I wrote to them and they told me my local would get it in for me if need be. We've been able to reduce carb consumption by about 40-50g a day eating this.

That looks good. We are currently low-ish carbing on account of DH's recently diagnosed type 2 diabetes. He is in deep mourning for bread. He's been having a bit of Burgen soya & linseed but this looks nicer (from the carefully staged pics) and has an even better balance of carbs/protein.

It's stocked in a sainsbo's on my way home from work if I split my journey. I'll get some to try and if we like it I'll ask my local sainsbos to stock it. The burgen sells out pretty quickly there so I bet there'd be a market for this.

Tried this today and was very impressed (doesn't taste like wholemeal much which I don't generally like). Not sure if it can be frozen, that would be handy. 5g carbs per slice.
