I've finally (it's taken exactly 11 months) reached my completely random target of 10.5 stone. I originally had 10 stone 13.5lbs as my target but that came and went.

I'm just inside the healthy BMI range (24.8). I started with a BMI of 36.2 weighing 15 stone 4 lbs.

I suspect maintaining may be the hard bit but LC is definitely the way forward for me :)

Congratulations! Brilliant to hear that, well done. Go and buy yourself something lovely to wear!

Congratulations!!! That's a brilliant incentive for me, I started low carbing today (again!) and I weigh 15st 4lb....it's a brilliant example of what can be achieved and a reminder to me not to fall off the wagon again. I lost 2 stone 2 years ago but slipped back into bad habits and I am right back where I startedHmm

Well done, that's a fabulous achievement Thanks

:) I promised myself a horrifically expensive pair of jeans for my 30th birthday..... Which I said I'd buy as soon as I lost a few pounds. That was 5 years ago! I'll buy them once I'm sure my weight is stable :)

Good luck Carterama :)

I've followed the Harcombe diet. Highly recommend it.

Well done !! Grin

I am within sight of my second mini-goal (11.7) but as I get nearer it seems to take longer.

Fourarmsv2 · 29/07/2014 16:32

It's taken me ages to lose this last bit too. It took from the 16th March until today to lose the last stone. Keep going!!
