anyone doing the bulletproof diet with intermittent fasting?

I am thinking of doing this. I already eat fairly low carb but usually have a treat day on a Sunday with a carby meal and dessert. I am thinking IF may offset the naughtiness.

Do you fast every day for 18 hours or do you fast for some full days and then not at all on others?

Very old thread I know, but yes nappy - I am. I am doing BPIF every day and tend to only eat between about 2pm and 7pm (although I have to say I'm not hungry after that anyway and if I am, I'll eat up till 9pm).

I'm losing weight pretty successfully with it - I've lost 2 stone since November and am feeling pretty good. I'm also following Skye St John's "No Fail Fat Burning For Women" which is based on BP but tapered more for women (obviously Wink) and finding that works really well.

Hi i did low carb and then on monday and thursdays would just have bpc for breakfast and lunch and a vitamin pill! Then i would start eating again the next day. I lost 1st 7lbs in the 10 weeks of bootcamp. Love BPCs!
