Started low carbing yesterday using cambridge products to 810 plus a bigger high protein meal (total 1200 cal per day)
Anyone else done similar?
15.8 so got nearly 5st to lose to pre pregnancy weight.
Underactive thyroid went berserk when baby 6wo and piled on 1.6st in 10 days that's why I'm so big
