Do you have ketostix? Get some from the chemists, little strips you pee on and the depth of pink tells you how far into ketosis you are- spurs you on! Grin

Quite possibly- I didn't care I just needed to KNOW Grin they do have another medical use,possibly for diabetics?

I could go in wearing my work tunic, then they'll think it's for a patient Wink.

I'll buy a mars bar to throw them off the scent. Maybe a bottle of lucozade .
