Hi everyone im new to this lol :-) i have started the cambridge diet this is my second week i lost 11lb last week its been ok but finding it hard to not have drink expecaly on these nice hot evening be nice to sit in garden will glass vodka and red bull over ice im trying hard to resist as i normaly have a good drink on fridays what do you all think is it wise to go without or maby have just 1 or 2
