Would anyone like to help by outlining a day to day meal plan for me?
I had started with the Harcombe diet and that allows whole grain rice and then oatcakes.
I've got a stubborn stone(ish) to shift and want it done so I can just stop thinking so much about how to do it. Have always been cynical about low carb because of the celeb trend but some of the science seems to make sense and I'd like to try it.
My only constraint is that I'm intolerant to fish which is a real shame..
Thanks for any help, just a bit lost and don't want to get bored either.
