Low carb dessert - cream and jam

Would this be a low carb dessert? Whipped double cream with a teaspoon of jam

I need a sweet treat!

Total full fat yoghurt with cream and vanilla powder?
Depends how strict you are being. Yoghurt, splash of cream, few raspberries and a tiny grated bit of dark choc

Try choc truffles made with 85%cocoa and double cream - not too many though!
