If I have eggs one more day for breakfast I am scared I may turn into a giant egg. It would be helpfull if the breakfast was fast and doesn't take that long to make, however that doesn't really matter if it's nice.

Peanut butter shake

Ham wrapped round cucumber sticks

Smoked salmon & cream cheese rolled up

Cold (or indeed hot) sausages

Crustless quiches/ flour free muffins

Cheese & fruit

Peppered mackerel & horseradish

I have Gestational Diabetes and the best thing that works for me is 2 x Ryvita Wholemeal Crackerbreads (really low carb) with butter, slices of cheese and slices of chorizo/pepperoni.

DS age 4 calls it my pizza breakfast Smile

I do Paleo and don't count carbs so not sure if this would be low enough for you but it is lovely, it's something you could make in an evening and then warm up in the microwave in the morning. it would do 3 days of breakfast, maybe 4 if you're not as greedy hungry as me!

I get sick of eggs too!

ErrolTheDragonsEgg · 17/04/2014 12:45

berries and full fat/greek yoghurt with seeds and nuts

Millyblods · 17/04/2014 16:16

Linwoods cereals are amazing. They are made from Linseeds and you can get varieties. I like almonds brazil nuts and walnut with linseed cereal.

MerryMarigold · 17/04/2014 16:19

berries and greek yog (with a dash of agave syrup) for me...with some granola on top if I am feeling greedy!

JemimaJones · 17/04/2014 16:24

What granola do you have Merry that is low carb?

JemimaJones · 17/04/2014 16:25

I second the Linwoods cereals. I have mine warm with a bit of milk. Yum.

MerryMarigold · 17/04/2014 22:47

Jemima, I don't think it is partic low carb, but I just have a little bit as a garnish! I make it with oats and nuts, seeds etc.
