I have been low carbing for 3 days now. I am finding it ok and I have had no sugar craving or urge to purge yet except sniffing a donut low point
I am finding it hard to drink more water though, I only really drink water and tea anyway. I have about 6 1/2 pint glasses a day and three cups of tea.
I managed 8 glasses of water yesterday but think I should be having 12. 8 seemed like loads and I felt sloshy!
Do I really need to drink more?
