I've lost 2 stone over the last year, mainly through calorie counting. I look slim in clothes but still hold a fair bit of fat on my tummy and hips. I've been thinking about low carbing for a while and I think now is the time. I need to lose a stone, maybe a bit more. I'm getting married in 12 months and I refuse to start trying on dresses until this weight is gone.
So, low-carbers, I need your help. Where the hell do I start?
