Having a party in a couple of weeks and have started low carbing. Want to make some dishes that can be passed around that are low carb but that everyone will want.

Any ideas?

Was thinking of smoked salmon parcels with goats cheese filling - would that work?
Mini frittata of onion and red pepper?

Ham, cream cheese and spring onion pinwheels?

Spread cream cheeses thickly on a large, thick slice of ham. Lay a spring onion across one edge, roll up so the spring onion is in the middle. Slice so it looks like swiss roll slices.

Cold meat platter; crudités and mayo / cream based dips; filled mushrooms; tapas type stuff in bowls - grilled aubergines, stuffed olives, etc

Chicken satay skewers? Marinated king prawns on sticks? I think smoked salmon is better with cream cheese than goats cheese
