Low-carb diets

Should i be restricting/counting my calories too?

Firstly, most importantly so I loose weight. 1400 per day is about right for me I think.

Secondly, so I make sure my ratio of carb/fat/protein is on track?

If you're eating low carb and eating fat then you should be feeling full more quickly/for longer thus naturally restricting your calorie intake.
