That really - i've been Atkinsing since Wednesday - i thought i was doing well and not veering off track too frequently but now, having lost only half a pound, have taken stock and realised that that i drank wine on Friday and Sunday, had Eaton Mess on Sunday, probably had a few too many leeks? Had a smidge too much cheese.
I am now assuming that i need to be 100% committed and stop falling off the wagon into the wagon wheels... Has anyone had any success with Atkins being a little bit wayward? do i need to top being a Slack Alice?
