Have hit annoying plateau!

I started bootcamp on 2nd jan and initially lost a lot of weight very quickly - 10lbs in 10 days. I have relaxed a bit since and weight loss has stopped BUT still very low carb -

No grains
No potatoes
No sugar
No fruit (not really into it)

But I have been having the odd bit of things like humous and haven't been watching veg - have eaten beetroot for example, and carrots - is this the reason for the plateau? I eat cheese too - should I cut it (sob!)?

I am not able to do links, but this morning I was reading the minimums Atkins thread and it said that weeks 3 and 4 are notorious for not losing weight, but then on week 5 or 6 you should see a good loss. Also, it said that it's a good idea to go by your monthly weight loss not daily or weekly, because on this WOE weight can fluctuate dramatically (show a gain) which could put you off. So I am still going to weigh myself every day, but try not to get down about what looks like a stall or plateau. I will go by my monthly loss. Hope this helps.
