Is this even possible? It's going to be a nightmare isn't it... They dont even eat eggs and they have a cook who will prepare all meals (all carb heavy). We're staying with them for 10days, and MIL is also very judgemental of non vegetarians so I won't even be able to eat non vegetarian food when eating out as she'll be there too and watching disapprovingly! I don't mind eating vegetarian, but it's hard to keep up the protein levels (and therefore my satiety) otherwise... Any tips? Is it going to be inevitable break from lower carb/ paleo?
