It's Saturday, it's xfactor it's my one night with wine and chocolate, but it's not just that it's the upcoming Xmas do's, got one most weeks now, I started Monday - was in ketosis by weds and lost 4pds. If I have a wine tonight with some chocolate will it take me another 2 days to reach ketosis?
