Have been really successful on low carbing before as there's no counting etc and most restaurants do salad. Have recently been on holiday and I am now 4lb over my target weight (lost 2st in April) I know it's not much but I've been pleased to maintain my weight the last few months and with Xmas coming up its back to low carb.
Just wondered if anyone had any interesting breakfast and lunch ideas? I do dinners same as everyone else and pick out carbs
