Will keep going in case I'm missing something here, but am so discouraged :(
Also have such a dry mouth and feel constantly dehydrated despite drinking litres of water and herbal tea. Horrible sensation and all that water's not good for my pelvic floor control!!

Running. I have just started this.
Are you still doing it?

JugglingChaotically · 16/01/2014 12:39

Bfg, California. Just read the thread properly and realised you are doing dukan at the moment too.
Can I join you all.
Would really help my motivation!
Day 4 today ....

Love the Dukan diet. Lost 6st last year. I did regai some but I knew exactly why Blush. Anyway am back on it with vigour and have already lost 8lbs in 2 weeks. Here comes the summer!!!

I lost 3st on the Dukan diet coming up for two years ago and have kept it off.

I basically follow the maintaining planand have never felt or looked better. IBS has gone, skin clear, loads of energy etc. Totally worth doing.

Hi ladies, I am going to start this today as have put on 7lbs in last 3months due to fertility treatment/Clomid, drug definitely not agreeing with me (so now am fat and not pregnant which is v depressing)!! I am the same as only have a small frame so 7lbs is nearly two dress sizes Hmm. Please can you share your daily menus for inspiration? Today I'm thinking bf-boiled eggs, lunch-miso soup, prawns and cottage cheese, dinner-cod with some spicy marinade/herbs, snacks-seafood sticks and total with cinnamon. Also not sure how seafood sticks work as still quite a lot of carbs in them?! X

Hi All,

How is everyone doing? The whole family was ill, one after the other so I haven't been posting. I kinda veered off the diet as it got crazy and put on 2lb!

Anyway so I started back on this week. Life is back to normal and I have figures out some quick things to cook when it's going crazy!

I'm trying to make extra the night before so I'm sorted for lunch. If I don't have anything in mind or ready I get lazy.

So the other day we had salmon, I cooked an extra fillet and had in an omelette with fat free cream cheese....yum

Today so far has been two boiled eggs. I have them sliced as otherwise I can eat an egg in two or three bites as I'm always rushing with the kids. Lunch is steak and eggs. This evening is home made chicken skewers. The kids will have this with rice.

And dessert is yogurt with oatbran granola.
