Starting LC on holiday- great idea or nightmare?

Going away next week and have left it far too late to do anything about the flab before I go. Really want to go the low carb way of life and wondered if having a week away (Spain) might be a good time to try and overhaul things? Or a total disaster?!

If its a good idea, any tips on succeeding? Will be drinking in afraid but sticking to vodka. Any other tips? Thanks Smile

I'd give it a miss until you get back, you can feel a bit rubbish after a few days and it'll be a lot easier when you can cook for yourself.
Although there'll be no harm in starting to cut down on refined carbs.

Was thinking of more low carb than bootcamp style. Had pictured myself eating deli meats, olives and steak and sipping on a vodka and diet coke! Ha!
Wishful thinking I guess!
