Halfway through my first day and I don't know if this is going to be for me or if I need to look at being higher carb. So far today I have had a total of
Calories (kcal) 1117

Carbohydrate (g) 10.5
Fat (g) 86.1
Fibre (g) 1.2
Fruit & Veg 2.1
Water (litres) 1.5
B: scrambled eggs made with 2 large eggs and a tiny slash of milk and butter
L: pink salmon, lettuce, cucumber, mayonnaise
Ive had some pork scratchings and a couple of slices of salami - the pork scratchings were because I just wanted something salty and crunchy but now I feel a bit yuck.
I wont be able to tolerate salad twice in one day so was going to have chicken and carrots tonight which will bring the carbs up a bit but I will have to take the increase in other veg very slowly.
I think the main thing I am worried about is eating the amount of fat without the veg to balance it out especially now I feel so queasy - Im drinking water to try and get rid of the fatty taste in my mouth
